We had a very nice time in this brand-new hotel in Jasper. Greatly enjoyed our neat room equipped with microwave and refrigerator and microwave, for example. The location of the property was great, really close to everything. It was also near the true nature of the service as well as the lakes.

The value for our money was excellent, with spacious rooms and good water pressure in the shower. The location of the hotel was convenient and the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating.

The staff was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to use the Great Room for game playing in the evenings. They were friendly and always ready to help. I also had a mishap where I left my cell phone and purse in the bathroom near the lobby, but one of the housekeepers found it and returned it to me intact. It was truly a blessing. The location was great and the rooms were clean. a 5-star experience.

The location across from the regional hospital and close to a Walmart Supercenter was convenient. The breakfast had a good variety of choices.

The website had glitches when trying to book a room using reward points. When I called for assistance, one agent was helpful but the other was less friendly and gave me conflicting information.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Jasper for a weekend getaway. The staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to fix a problem with our room door. The rooms were spacious and the water pressure in the shower was great. The location was convenient and the rooms were clean. The breakfast had a good variety of choices and the staff was attentive. The pillows were marked soft/firm, which made it easier for us to choose the right ones for our kids. it was a very pleasant stay and I would definitely return.
